Owners idea is  to fix long term   BARE  BOAT charter at low rate, 

and  with  an  intention  to  split profits when market  picks  up

These two rigs belong to Chinese leasing company.

South American company took the Rigs on  long  term  BBC

but as they have  defaulted the  hire  payments to, the   Chinese

financier  have  repossessed  these  rigs  through  legal  means

Chinese   financiers  can  also  live    with

Close  collaboration with  a  well  qualified  RIGS  OPERATOR  who

can  identify  a  deal  of  long  term  charter  and   then  to  manage

and  to  operate  /  administrate  the  CHARTER  for  them

BOTH  RIGS  ARE  NOT  FOR  SALE!!!

Both rigs are laid up in South America.
