– Buyers: Please advise

– Deposit: 20 pct of the Price in Escrow Account to be managed by an Escrow Agent of international law firm in Singapore

– Delivery place: USG / Caribbean Sea / Brazil / UK-Cont. / Med / AG-Japan Range, including China and Taiwan, Sellers’ option

– Delivery laycan: May 1st, 2023 – June 10th, 2023, Sellers’ option

1) Buyers may offer a separate price if Buyers wish prompt delivery of the vessel, e.g. right after completing current voyage at Chiba Japan on or around March 17th.

2) Docking Survey due: June 13th, 2023

Itinerary of the Vessel

· ETA/D Singapore: March 6th, 2023(Bunkering)

· ETA Chiba, Japan: March 16th, 2023

· ETD Chiba, Japan: March 17th, 2023 (Buyers’ inspection will be allowed)

– Otherwise as per NSF2012 to be mutually agreed based on Sellers’ terms which will be provided.

– Including COVID-19 clause

– Subject to Sellers’ BOD within (1) business day of all terms including MOA form agreed.
