Please be informed that we are inviting an outright offer for

MT.Bongkot Star (IMO No.9158874), key terms and necessary

information are as follows;

*  Delivery window: 4-31 July 2022
*  Delivery location: “as is where is” in Malaysia-Singapore

range in Sellers’ option

*  Deposit: 30% pay to Sellers’ bank account
*  Payments: All monies including the purchase price and

ROB lub oils and bunker shall be paid directly to the Sellers’

bank account
*  Inspection:
1.The inspection is allowed at the Buyers’ own expenses and risks.
2.The vessel is currently in Sriracha Thailand.
3.Signed LOI of each individual inspector and Buyers’ company

are required at least one (1) banking day prior boarding
4.Inspectors are required to provide COVID PCR test

(negative result) issued not more than 48 hours prior boarding.

*  Vessel shall not be used as storage tanker or FSU in Malaysia,

Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand after delivery under the MOA.
