Transaction procedures

▪️ KYC of end/exit buyer to obtain ICPO name

▪️ Zoom meeting with end/exit buyer to filter the fake. If buyer is satisfied ICPO to issue

▪️ Fund verification: Thru bank-to-bank

▪️ Seller will share Certificate of origin, Product passport, Commitment to supply & Statement of availability of the product buyer to verify. Before opening SBLC/DLC/IRDLC

▪️ Buyer issue the SBLC /IRDLC in the agreed format to Seller’s Bank

▪️ Upon Seller’s bank authentication of SBLC/DLC Seller issue 2% PB

▪️ Seller informs the loading date schedule, which will be within 7-10 days of receiving Bank confirmed DLC

▪️ Remanning SOP will be discussed during SPA.
