(1) For guaranteed demolition: at Indian demolition shipyard which is not only ISO certified (ISO 9000, 14001, 18001 or 30000), but also class approved 2009 Hong Kong Convention certified “Green-Ship Recycling” shipyard and basis of “as is, where is”.

(2) For further trading purpose: please note due to the various constraint factor, the Buyer’s request to inspect the vessel is unacceptable.

6. Time & Place of Delivery:

7. Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”):

(1) For demolition: All other terms and conditions as per attached the Seller’s proforma MOA for demolition with logical amendment only.

(2) For further trading: All other terms and conditions as per attached the Seller’s proforma of amended NSF2012 MOA with logical amendment only.

Please have Buyer’s special attention to Non-negotiable on any terms & conditions of the proforma MOA.

8. Closing:

– To be held at the Sellers’ Head Office in Taoyuan, Taiwan or video conference via Cisco WebEx or any other place to be mutually agreed.

9. Deadline of Offer:

– The bidding:  Please submit your final and best firm bidding offer based on the Seller’s Non-Negotiable Terms of sale as stipulated above and attached files latest by 08:30 hours of 28th October, 2024 (Taipei time).

10. Bidding Bond:

– The amount of USD 200,000 (“Bidding Bond”) shall be lodged by the participating Buyer into the Seller’s designated account (as stipulated below) as Bidding Bond to validate their offer in event they are awarded by the Seller via email. If the participating Buyer is awarded, the full amount of Bidding Bond shall automatically become a part of the purchase price payable to the Seller. If the participating Buyer is not awarded, the interest-free Bidding Bond will be refunded.
