> 5. PERIOD: 6  6 MONTHS
> 6. Trading Limits
> Charterers shall use Vessel within WORLD WIDE within the lawful trading area
> and within institute warranties limits, provided always,
> 7. Products :Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG). Always in accordance with vessel’s
> class certificate of fitness (COF), manufacturers guide and suitable to
> vessel’s tanks/lines/ pumps / Compressors / Condensers /equipment.
> Charters shall provide a copy of MSDS to owners and obtain the owner’s
> approval prior loading in line with
> vsl certificate of fitness (COF) / resistance list.
> 8. Period / Delivery / Laycan
> Owners agree to let and Charterers agree to hire the Vessel for the lock-up
> charter period of 6 6 months in Charterer’s option.
> Each period with  /- 20 (twenty) daysfinal period in Charterers option for
> voyage completion. Second period
> to be declared at the latest 1 (one) month prior to the end of the existing
> period.
> 9. Delivery: PG, OMAN SEA
> 10. Redelivery: ANY POINT OF TRADING AREA
> 13. Laycan: FIRST WEEK OF AUG 2021.
> 13. Rate of Hire: Best offer.
